Here at Joe's Exterior Inspector are job is to watch over your house while you are away on vacation or your house is just a vacation house,For those homes closed down for periods of time we offer an exterior perimeter check of the property. One site visit per week will be conducted that ensures windows, doors, and outbuildings are properly secured. To the extent possible, we will also conduct a visual inspection of the interior without entering the residence. A summary report is provided after each visit & pictures sent to you the same day!!!, If There is any damage done to the out side of your home we will contact a contractor for you and get quotes from different contractors as needed from Angie's List.
